How to fall asleep..?

I would definitely suggest quitting the nyquil. Taking it that much is tough on your liver. And it'll mess up your sleeping schedule, like it did. I take melatonin. It can be found in the vitamin aisle. it's the chemical naturally found in your body that tells your body when it's nighttime and, therefore, time to sleep. Take it 30 minutes before bed. Then, lay in a quiet dark comfortable room and try to settle your mind. Make sure you don't have any televisions or computers on that could distract you. Just relax. 30 minutes after taking it, it'll start to work. And the best part is, your not drugging yourself, your regulating your body's schedule by telling it when to release melatonin, and there are no negative side effects, like the hangover some people get from nyquil. Also, to get back on schedule, you've got to go to bed at reasonable time, near the same time every night, so your body gets used to it. Hope this helped! Sweet Dreams! ;)
